Delivery

All pieces are handmade to order, with a current creation time of 6–8 weeks.

For UK customers, orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Tracked or Special Delivery, unless we’ve arranged an alternative shipping option.

Please kindly note that we’re unable to take responsibility for items that may be lost or damaged in transit, but certain shipping options offer compensation.

Returns

While we’re not able to accept returns, we’re happy to offer an exchange on made to order pieces as long as the piece shows no signs of wear or damage.

Custom jewellery is made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Most items can be resized, and we’re glad to help with this. There will be an additional fee for resizing unless the studio is at fault.
